ABOUT US
Masjid Al-Hoda, the Islamic Center of Kingston, began as a small congregation of Muslims from South County and Newport County who would gather on the Kingston campus of the University of Rhode Island in 2001. By His grace, we have grown is size and participation. We hold the five daily prayers, weekly Jummah prayers, monthly halaqas, celebrate Ramadan, Eid, and other notable days, partake in recreation and gatherings together, educate our young ones, and perform outreach.
Our goal is to serve the Southern Rhode Island Muslim community, to engage our neighbors, and to increase the understanding of Islam. On this website you will find our prayer times, updates, a calendar of events, and resources specific to our beautiful state. Please join us and feel free to contact us. May peace be upon you. |
